1. Ordering

When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In this email, you will find all relevant information such as product, price, billing, and delivery address.

If something is wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email to customerservice@wearglas.com


2. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days in Sweden and 4-6 days for any other countries in the EU. NOTE! Orders that are placed on weekends will be sent no earlier than the following weekday.

If delays in the delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time) you should contact us by e-mail: customerservice@wearglas.com.


3. Prices

All prices in the store are denominated in local currency and include VAT.

We reserve the right to change and/or adjust prices due to variations in local shipping costs, amended prices from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and/or inaccuracies of prices due to incorrect information.


4. Return policy

You have the right to withdraw the goods that you purchased on the website within 30 days from the date your goods have been delivered, at a flat fee of 6 EUR or equivalent in any other currencies. 

You can also, within 30 days upon delivery, change the product(s) free of charge. If you wish to do this, please contact us at customerservice@wearglas.com


4.1 When using your right of withdrawal:

To be able to use the right of withdrawal, you must report that you regret the purchase. The message should be sent to us at customerservice@wearglas.com

In your message, please clearly state your name, address, e-mail address, order number, and which goods you wish to return. 

You should return the products to us immediately upon confirmation and no later than 30 days from the date your goods have been delivered to you.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be applicable, you must send us the goods in the same condition as when you received them.

You are responsible for returning the goods, delivery, and condition of the products when returning, the products should therefore be sent well packed and in original packaging.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when used or damaged.

We reserve the right to charge SEK 60 / EUR 6 in return fee upon return.


4.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been sealed (sealed) due to health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you.

  • Products that have the character of sealed sound or picture recording and where the seal has been broken by you.

  • Specially made product, which has been specially tailored for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.

  • Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly agreed to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal.

  • Goods that can rapidly deteriorate, such as food.

  • Loose numbers of newspapers or magazines.

5. Complaints

All our products have a warranty of 1 year. We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or misdirected when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error-free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been detected.


5.1 How do you go about complaining?

Any faults and defects must always be reported to support@wearglas.se where you enter your name, your address, e-mail address, order number, and a description of the error.

If we fail to fix the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not incorrect in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.


6. Limitation of liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.

We do not accept any liability for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company's current (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.

Furthermore, no responsibility is assumed for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.


7. Product information

We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution. We always try the best way to expose the products as accurately as possible.

According to the law on electronic information, visitors to a website must, for the sake of privacy, be informed about the use of cookies. The information in the cookie can be used to follow a user's browsing. 9.4.1 Payment provider

When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number of the payment provider is also saved. The information is saved in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment provider we use is Adyen.

9.4.2 Shipping company

In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. E-mail address and / or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
The shipping companies we cooperate with are: DHL, PostNord and EarlyBird

9.4.3 Newsletter / SMS sending

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, telephone number and e-mail address will be shared with our supplier. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use Klaviyo for sending out newsletters and text messages.

You have the right to receive extracts from all information available about you with us. Excerpts are delivered electronically in a readable format.

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.
